The worst customer service possible
I bought a bathtub from them, and the tracking app didn't work. I called the phone number and someone who spoke very little English answered "hello" and kept apologizing without being able to helping me and there was no one else to talk to. I was told I would get email confirmation about when I would receive the tub, I never did. I finally asked for a refund and one month later I still haven't received it. It is by far the worst customer service

We manufacture only soft goods such as Bed Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Toppers and Pads, Comforters and Bedding Sets, Chair Pads, Window Curtains, etc. You can see from our website we do not offer the item you purchased. Unfortunately you did not place an order with us and we do not carry the item you are referencing. I would suggest you refer to your order confirmation email, try contacting them and directly follow up with your bank.
