The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they gave me a hassle about my redemption because of the proof of purchase for the virtual card linked to my checking account. But Liam was nice and he did help me get my redemption!

Update: After 12 days my redemption was paid. Thanks to an amazing agent named Grace I believe. She allowed me to express my concerns, and addressed each of them making sure I understood exactly what was going on and why my redemption was taking so long. She took her time and was thorough where all the other agents would just rush to get me off chat, sometimes just completely ignoring me or even just leaving in the middle of chat. I know things happen and had the live chat agents been as a thorough and took their time as Grace had it could’ve made this experience a lot different. Sweepluxe does pay and their platforms nice. The only really negative thing I can say is or the advice I could give is that they get their live chat agents some more training on how to properly communicate with their customers so they do not have to deal with something like this again.. I have played and redeemed on several of these sweep casinos and this by far is the worst yet! I told after redeeming it could take up to 3 days and well here we are day 10 and still nothing. Every agent I talk to says something different. It's still processing, it's been handled on our end, now there payment issuers are having problems. I was told last wed that it was too be processed on Friday and they were compensating for the wait. It's now Sunday and their 24 hr live agents will not even enter the chat. Not since Friday! Don't waste your money. You won't get your winnings!

I really enjoyed playing at SweepLuxe; however when I went to redeem I noticed a statement they have posted on the redemption page that says they cannot redeem to digital or online banks. And of course their terms say they will send your redemption to the same payment method used when making a purchase. I used my Chime card for purchases but since theÿ can't redeem to Chime, I entered my Bank of Amercia debit card. Then an hour or two later I received an email saying I couldn't use my BOA card and I had to redeem to the card I used for purchases. So, I'm a bit confused. Can they send redemptions to online banks or not? I don't know what the difference is anyway since every place I play at has been able to redeem to my Chime card with no issues. Most of the reviews on here received their redemptions almost instantly. It's now been 3 days and ai haven't received mine even after changing my debit card to the one they told me to. I will be glad to update my review once I receive my redemption but for now my rating is for their redemption process. It stinks and it's not a clear process. UPDATE: After changing my debit card to the one they told me to, which happened to be my Chime card, I received notice from SweepLuxe that my redemption couldn't be processed via debit card. I knew this would be this case before I clicked on redeem because they plainly state that they cannot send redemptions to online banks. I realize they want you to redeem to the card you made purchases with but in my case I couldn't. I tried to avoid wasting the time which is why I first tried to redeem to my BoA card then emailed them explaining why i didn't use my card i used for purchases. I don't understand why all this time and energy had to be wasted in the first place. Anyway, they advised me to connect my bank account then to verify it by sending in a recent bank statement. I was so over it at this point. I finally received my redemption the next day. I like playing at Sweepluxe, don't get me wrong, but I just feel like some steps of the redemption process could have been avoided. I will continue to play here because I like their selection of slots and they always have a sale going on. Plus next time I redeem should be a lot quicker. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

So far, anytime, I've had any problems or issues.The staff the entertainment members have been very helpful and very swift to answer quickly and solving you my problems. Even though I haven't been able to cash out a big big win yet, I'm confident that one day I will. And I'm super excited, because that's going to be a great day. Until then, I will keep playing and having fun while I'm playing and making Sure that I am setting good boundaries and time limits.So that way , my gambling stays fun and doesn't ever become a problem.
