Just signed up
Just signed up. No welcome bonus. Purchased a package for 9.99 got 20.00 SC coins. Played the 20.00 never got a win over 1.00. I know how gambling works, if you want more players to play, offer an incentive. I will stick with the platforms that you can actually play longer than 15 minutes on 20.00.

Hello Tori, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We want to clarify that upon your purchase of the $9.99 package, the welcome bonus was successfully applied, which included the 20 SC and also 250,000 GC. This package is designed to provide both Super Coins for potential redemptions and a significant amount of Gold Coins for extended play. We recognize that game outcomes are based on chance, and while we strive to offer engaging entertainment, individual play sessions can vary. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Best regards, SweepLuxe Team

Super shady
So far it's been terrible. Good selection of games. Trying to redeem has been a joke compared to most reputable SC casinos. I was told my account was verified weeks ago. I tried to redeem and each time I provide the requested information or "documents" I get another email saying "Let's get you verified." This time it said my redemption is denied for now and the monet has been returned to my balance." I've provided bank statements, utilities bills, driver's license, etc. A super shady way to try and keep players from receiving their winnings. I don't think I'll ever recommend this place to anyone.

Website says redeem? But employees say otherwise.
I had high hopes. They were quick and fast with replies an redemptions. I am learning that was just to butter me up. LAst week I had an issue with none of my playthrough showing on the redeemable until AFTER I played through ALL of it. Which was hard cuz I had to check every 2 minutes to make sure I wasnt going too far. They said once the playthrough SC is on Redeemable, I am good to go! Fast forward to now. have 100sc sitting on the REDEEMABLE SIDE, Lets me redeem and all. Seems like I got it down? Nope. They are now teliing me their website is wrong. They didnt actually say that they all just keep repeating the exact same statement about how bonuses $ needs to be played through. According to their own website, I did. Hence why the SC is on the redeemable side. Nah they said no and cancel it everyvtime I try. That and they wont say anything else like ya know how much I need to wager to get my money since I will now have to blindly spin and just for the best. Very shady. They make the rules as they go? And their website is wrong? 15 days later and same issue. I play through the required amount as their website shows and then when I redeem, their employees or whoever cancels it.
