Sad to see some of the hate here. I’ve been with sweep since the beginning and just like every other sweeps site, or business in general, it’ll have it’s growing pains. I will say for the few times I’ve had an issue or just needed to ask support something I didn’t understand they have been nothing short of stellar each time. Never more than 30 seconds from question to talking to a live person. To me that’s huge. One other thing I want to highlight is that they have the best daily mission payouts, and even an “ask support for free money” everyday you come back promotion. Not to mention the surprise free spins I get every other purchase or so. Nobody else does any of this and as a customer I truly do feel appreciated here and why I keep coming back. The only thing I can gripe about which I do believe is probably holding them back a bit is the games page. Seems a bit dated is all, not nearly as polished as some others. To me that’s not an issue because it’s easy to figure out and navigate. All that said, nobody paid me to write this and yes I’m a real person and I truly do love sweep and the direction they are headed in. Whoever is in charge over there clearly knows how to treat his customers.

I think this site is very legit. Unlike some of the reviewers on here, I have had nothing but a fantastic experience on this site. Extremely fast payouts (literally right after being told my request has been approved by support the money was on my card instantly) which is great because my biggest gripe about playing online is having to wait 3 to sometimes 7 days to get my winnings. They have a decent game mix (if you love Tumble games like me), and the support agent I dealt with, Artem, was absolutely phenomenal at his job and perfectly answered every question I had. My only issue at all was when I had enough to withdraw, but had not yet made a purchase with my card, and my bank was not listed on their list for withdrawals, meaning I had to make a purchase in order to withdraw to my card. That itself was not my issue, my issue happened after I had bought in: I had $100 withdrawable cash and $20 in money that had to be played through. Ok, no problem. Took that $120 and played a little until I dwindled it to $100 again, then went to withdraw it. Suddenly I had $80 withdrawable, but still had $20 I had to play through. Huh? I do not know if that is how it always works (although I do love to gamble, the whole "sweepstakes" thing I still can't seem to comprehend), but it was very confusing. Luckily for me, the site did not hold out on wins and I was able to withdraw it within 15 or 20 minutes after that. Other than that tiny little issue though, the site is great, the payouts are quick as hell, and I would recommend it to anyone I know who likes to play games online.
