Was skeptical of the recommendation

ETA: It has been 2 hours since original post, and about 8 hours from the time I requested redemption and submitted Documents for verification. Received an email my winnings were on the way. Opened my bank 5 mins later and boom!!! There was my redemption! Highly Impressed, this is a platform i will continue to use! Great Job SweepLuxe!! A facebook friend in a SC group sent me the recommendation for this platform. The welcome offer was really good. I was a bit skeptical but hey 20 bucks isn't the worst thing I could lose. Much to my surprise the platform is wonderful. I had a great playing experience. Won a bit across 3 or 4 of my favorite slots. When I went to redeem I made a apps and accidently trusted Gpay and my expiry date and CVV number for another card attached to the card number I was attempting to redeem to. Contacted live support and an agalent was with me in under a min. She was so helpful. Canceled my redemption for me seamlessly. I resubmitted the redemption and was prompted for verification. Submitted my documents in the evening and within a few short hours everything was approved. Ilexcept it appeared my address verification was not. So once again hit up live chat and same experience. In less than a minute Agatha popped on, listened to my concern and was able to assure me on the spot that my documents had all been approved and the redemption process was able to begin. So far the experience has been refreshing. I dont feel jerked around the way l have with other platforms in the past. I was supported, spoken to kindly. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience. My friend had showed my proof of his redemptions when I expressed my skepticism, so now I'll wait my day or two per their website and enjoy my winnings. Knowing me I'll surely drop some of it back into its main source lol. If you're looking for a platform with what appears to be cushy bonuses, knowledgeable and supportive live customer support and a decent selection of games to chose from give them a shot. I've been surprised at every turn this far. Will update when deposit hits!! Best of luck spinners!
