This site is a damn scam! I bought a pack that included free spins and they never gave me my free spins, I sent a few emails regarding this and still haven't replied a week later! Listen to these reviews before you waste your money on this site!

Casinos like this need a zero star option for their ranking .... thieves

Besides the duplicate complaints everyone else has, they've robbed me out of 390 free spins over the course of last year. All the free spins I should have received with purchases, 60 here 60 there, are all for games that I'm geolocked from playing. I contacted support a bunch of times and they never bothered to respond. Tonight I see that they did credit me free spins to another gaming provider like I had been asking for, for forever! Only like I said they never bothered to respond ever so I didn't know and even though the previous spins that I can't play don't expire for like a decade, the ones they just recently credited, that I could play are already expired. What a bunch of scumbuckets.

Do not recommend this online casino been waiting on my $200 redemption since Aug 12 and it still say pending and usually “Redemptions are processed within 24–48 hours on business days” this is ridiculous emailed them about 4 times already and they tell me the same that its under reviewed by finance team. Has anyone actually been cashed out???

They will not pay you out. Any communication is written vaguely and avoids any responsibility. Absolute trash.

This casino sucks. Good games, but it sucks, but if you file a complaint with the Delaware Attorney General’s office and the BBB official website, I promise I’ll pay you. I might take a little longer, but they will pay. That’s all I gotta say. If you go to BBB.org and Delaware Attorney involve your complaint. you will be paid within seven days. I hope all of y’all childhood that I’ve had a bad review and they get hit with a lot of files because I did that and I have been paid. Just ask Google Gemini and I’ll tell you how to do it.

I have been waiting for a $200 deposit since June 2026, it’s currently October. I have emailed each month, with patience, and they have responded promptly. But only to tell me that I’m in the queue, that they are behind in their payments. I realize now, esp after seeing their ratings scores, that I will not get what I am owed for taking my time & money for their benefit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE if you expect it to go in your favor…wish I could say otherwise😞

Refuses to pay. Been waiting since 9/18. Keep getting generic run around. There own terms say redemptions should only be pending for 3 days. Would not recommend playing this site. Worst platform ever.
