I have been waiting for a redemption submitted on May 5, and I still have not received my money. Last night, I submitted another redemption, and I am very concerned that this payment will also be delayed. It is unacceptable to wait this long without receiving my money or a clear explanation. Why has my May 5 redemption still not been paid? When will I receive my money? I want a clear answer and a prompt resolution to this issue.

Finally paid me i but that was way too long...I think I figured out how to make them pay but I think they still will be to long for me...but they do pay not totally a scam..

Unacceptable The casino has some great games and I would play here if the following could be corrected. Redemption - I redeemed on 10/4/26. I have not received my winnings. Customer support- customer support seems/is nonexistent. I emailed and I never got a response. If you expect your redemption to be handled in a timely manner, this is not the site to play.

I've been waiting since June 24 2026 for my 400 dollar redemption and still nothing I get same replys over and over every time I email them and nothing has ever came of it don't waste your money will not pay

It is crazy to me how they manage to send multiple emails daily advertising packages and missions, but don't actually pay out and have nothing but canned responses when asking about redemptions. Shame on me for not checking reviews.

Wow, I came to leave a somewhat mild review and I wish I would've looked at tue reviews before I even attempted anything at Sweeplasvegas. 2 STAR only because of the good packages they offer but then again, what good are they if you can never cash out huh? My main thing is it "falsely advertises" 24/7 customer support when in fact you'll be lucky to EVER hear from them..No lie! Beware guys..These reviews have just officially made them a no go from here out.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I bought 2 bonus welcome packages, cashed out, and withdrew. The next morning I wake up to an email saying that my account has been permanently suspended due to “bonus abuse”. I’m not sure what the heck that’s supposed to mean because THEY OFFERED ME BONUSES!!!!!! I have $1040 that I tried to withdraw… I’ve tried to email and have gotten no responses. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard or received my money.

Been waiting since 9/25/26 for a redemption. Sure, some sites take time to process redemptions, but their customer support is basically non-existent. I want the redemption processed, or a refund for the payment I made on this site.
