I purchase a package from them the other day and won a Jackpot for $500 went to redeem it and It won't let me withdraw any of the funds I won..my account and card is already verified so I'm not getting why it keeps saying I have 0 to redeem but I have over $500 I won they won't let me redeem right now I would not recommend them unless you don't won't to get paid

Hi Reezo Thanks for your feedback When playing with SweepKing, your personal funds can be redeemed freely after x1 playthrough, unlike bonus or promotional funds that need to be played x20 times, and are meant to enhance your play experience, rather serve as freely redeemable balance. Which is stated in the existing T&Cs applicable to all users. We do not withhold or prevent our users from claiming their prize and redeeming if all wager requirements have been met. As we cannot share account specific details publicly. we recommend to get in touch with our support team immediately for assistance about your redemption query.

Won big at first and nothing since, kinda disappointing

We understand the frustration when a strong start isn’t followed by the same results. Game outcomes naturally vary from session to session, and previous results don’t influence what happens next. We appreciate you sharing your experience. SweepsKing Team

Hi Don, We’d like to understand what specifically made the gameplay disappointing for you. If you ran into a technical issue or had a problem with a particular game, please share a bit more detail so we can look into it properly. SweepsKing Team

Fun daily system and a nice user interface. They offer a great selection of games and have some pretty awesome sales too. My account seemingly was locked because I won too much off those sales haha - but, they let me complete the gameplay on my existing purchases and pull out the funds safely. And I greatly respect that. Would recommend this casino.

Hi Aaron, We appreciate the thoughtful review and your recommendation. Glad to hear you enjoyed the game selection, offers, and overall experience. It’s also good to know you were able to complete your gameplay and redeem your remaining eligible funds without issue. SweepsKing Team

Scam!!! I purchased once and won. Verified and redeemed which wasn't instant like they claim. Could only cash out max $100 per day and $100 is the minimum. They charge $5 fee. Few weeks later i log in and it says $29.99 for 75 sc which was a good deal so I purchase and play for a bit and end up getting over $100 so I go to see if I can redeem and it says I have to playthrough $900 before I can redeem. $900 playthrough for an extra 45 sc? Fine, I did and ended up $200 afterwards. 99% of players won't make it through this. I got very lucky. Redeemed my first $100 and got it and then this morning they sent me an email saying I abused their promotion somehow, I guess cause I won and they didnt expect me to do that and they were closing my account and I foreit the rest of my balance. This is a scam if you win to much from their platform. The make a wild claim to save money. Stay away from them. I have redeemed over $1000 from coinz with only about $200 total purchases in the last 10 days and many other platforms. My first time playing on storm rush I hit a $500 grand a few spins in and they paid me all my money. Plenty of sites have. This one is clearly a scam and fraudulent company. Reach out if you had a similar experience. Would like to see a class action brought against them for deceptive/fraud practices. I have screen shots showing i was fully verified and received 2 previous payments from Winzilla/sweep king prior. How the hell do i abuse the promo they offered me? Update: see how they cant say exactly what i did violate the terms? They never told me either. Just said i violated the terms of their promotions. I did this by buying the promo they offered and winning. They dont expect you to be able to playthrough 20x and still have enough to meet their minimums redemption.

Joshua, Thank you for sharing your review Please note that promotional or/and any bonus funds received are intended to enhance your play activity, rather serve as freely redeemable balance. Unlike your personal funds that can be redeemed after single playthrough. This is clearly stated in the existing terms, and which is why the x20 wager is applied to all promotional and bonus funds. Additionally, the signed and agreed upon T&Cs upon registration are set to stay compliant with by all users without exception. Should our team detect a breach or violation of these terms, respective measures may be applied to such accounts. While we cannot share account specific details publicly, our Verification team has communicated information regarding your account, its status and the violation. if you still have any questions unanswered, we recommend to respond to the relevant letter for further clarifications.
