Never win, feels like a waste of my money.

Won big at first and nothing since, kinda disappointing
Response from SweepKingSep 7, 2026
We understand the frustration when a strong start isn’t followed by the same results. Game outcomes naturally vary from session to session, and previous results don’t influence what happens next. We appreciate you sharing your experience. SweepsKing Team

You win then it takes your money back before you can get to the amount needed to redeem.

Hi, Winning doesn’t cause funds to be taken back, so we’d like to understand what happened here. Please contact our support team with your account details and the game/session in question so we can review the activity and explain exactly what happened with your balance.

I just started so this can change in the future! But so far so good... Only tried a couple of times so far. Interface is good and buy-ins aren't terrible. Bonus is alright as well.

It’s an okay platform - the fact that I deposited more than $20 and did not win even enough to continue paying more than a couple to three minutes per deposit made it a little hard for me to care to try it anymore
Response from SweepKingAug 12, 2026
Hi Shawna And thanks for your open review. Play conditions and betting standards apply equally to all users on the platform If you ever need help understanding the platform, our Customer Support team works 24/7 for you.

My first impression is that the UI looks great. Looks very professional and polished. Everything from the font type to the colorway is eye-catching. The bonuses available to me weren’t that appealing (buy $x.xx amount and get an extra $3-$4 added to the amount spent). I will definitely revise my review once I spent at least a week playing here or after my first redemption.
