All new accounts go through the same verification and risk controls required by our Official Rules and by U.S. compliance standards (e.g., age/identity and residency checks, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening). From time to time, those checks mean we can’t proceed with an account. To protect both customer privacy and the integrity of our security controls, we aren’t able to discuss specific screening results in a public forum.
