The 20x play thru on bonus coins is kinda ridiculous, as is the redemption only with prepaid cards.... otherwise I'm happy with this social casino. Lots of games I love and good daily bonuses, etc

Very quick reliable redemptions have had no problems

Great platform. paid out in free bonus wins.

Best one yet! Fast redemption and great games!!

Bought a $10 pack surprisingly I won $400 Can only withdraw $100 a day but that's cool. Only virtual debits cards right now.

Hi your redemption process does not make any sense to me you refuse to pay when you win i play with other casinos and their system is not like yours they pay off when you win even if you win using bonuses money they they pay off you have good games but whats the use of playing them if you do not get paid when you win. You can delete me i will not be back and whats the use of gold coins they are useless to me. Not just your casino but all casinos need to get rid of all gold coins they do not make sense i need real money not play money good bye i hope do well

I’ve been on several casino online sites none worse than Sweepking. After signing on and getting myself registered paid $50 for coins and started playing. It didn’t take too long and I had about $300 worth of winnings. I decided that I was gonna redeem that but they have a rule that says they use a Wagger rule that were requirement to spend another $980 before being able to cash out. I usually don’t like to call bullshit on companies or people but dang that was just wrong. And you don’t even have a way to figure out how far along you are you have to ask their support. Do not play this website. Here is the transcript from support through Whatsapp. Hi Abel, My name is Stacy Our site follows the Wagger rule, which states: - Purchased bundles need to be played one time in order to redeem. - Coins received as part of promo campaigns need to be played 20 times in order to redeem Therefore, you need to play another 981.50SC for redeem. Me: So how does any one ever redeem their money? I paid $50 for sc and now I can even win enough to redeem get that back. No other site I play does this and seems corrupt to me. Maybe I don’t understand it. So how much would I have to play though to redeem $50? Support: To redeem, you must fulfill the Wagger rule, which means you need to wager 978.50SC. Me: Ok, how will I determine that I’ve play enough to redeem ? Will I get notified? Support: Unfortunately, you won't be able to check this yourself, but you can always contact us for this information. Me: Ok. So where am I at now? Support: You need to play 590.50SC Me: Hi there! Please cancel my account, I’m no longer interested in playing here. Support: We've submitted your account closure request, but it will take some time. We'll contact you as soon as it's ready. Could you please tell us the reason for your decision?
