They actually give you free play that you can redeem without making a deposit all other casinos say tht then make u make a deposit and the redemption is pretty fast even if it's your first redemption

We're glad you highlighted that aspect of the experience. It's great to hear the free play provided value and that your first redemption was completed smoothly and without long delays.

The pay out was good just didn’t understand at first but I’m still thankful for what I did win so thank you all.

We're glad everything was resolved in the end. It's completely understandable that a new redemption process can take a moment to get familiar with, and we're happy to hear you were able to receive your winnings successfully.

Redemption was very easy and not for nothing under 2 hours! Made $100 off .50 playing mega million bingo or whatever lmfao!

I found SweepKing on Google because of their 100% promo match on your first purchase and so I maxed that offer out with a $250 purchase ($500 total). Despite the insane 20x play through requirements, I managed to get lucky for once and had slowly brought my balance to $6,305 at its peak. I was ecstatic! I finally won something significant on a social casino! And then I tried to redeem the funds and that is where the torture began... I was limited to $100 redemptions each day and they refuse to tell you how to raise it. I later found out all you have to do is buy a 2nd package and it will raise your limit to $400 daily. That is still horrendous and generally unheard of in most social casinos. Half the time the redeem payment methods were greyed out so I couldn’t even redeem at all. I had $6,300 I couldn’t withdraw and their support is absolutely useless. I tried to use their site and their WhatsApp and they will always “get back to you with an answer” and then that never happens. They always push the problem off to someone else so that you can never redeem your money. They have someone on here replying to every single review (even though there are a lot of fake ones here) and as you can see they offer vague solutions like “reach out to us and we will fix your problem”. “We will direct you to another team” as if they have thousands of employees. It’s either a carefully crafted system to avoid paying out or widespread incompetence. It seems deliberate to me after having to deal with multiple of their support agents directly. So of course I ended up losing the $6.3k because of their scummy redemption practices. Don’t forget the made up $5 min fee each time! I escaped with $800 minus those aforementioned fees. I had 6.3k idle in my account and of course they haven’t provided a vault like many casinos do. So I lost it quickly on roulette after trying to meet the play through requirements for my 3rd purchase. Very devastating. And would’ve been completely avoided with any other social casino I just happened to win on this one. SweepKing was the absolute WORST social casino I have ever used and I have tried literally hundreds. They are based in Cyprus so maybe that’s why they act so much more shadier than those that are headquartered in the US because they know they can’t be sued easily. If you have any intention of winning/redeeming DO NOT USE SweepKing. The 100% promo isn’t even worth it.

Hi, Ethan! Based on the details provided, our team has reviewed your case, including your questions about redemption limits and the status of your redeem requests. After the large win, the game result was subject to an additional review with the game provider to confirm that there was no technical issue or error. This review was completed in your favor. At the time the case was resolved in your favor and your daily redemption limit was increased, around 80% of the winnings still remained available on your account balance. Redemption access was available after the review was completed. We understand your frustration with the outcome and will separately review whether our support communication could have been clearer regarding the concerns you shared. We take your feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our processes. For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss further account-specific details publicly. Please contact our Support Team directly if you need any additional clarification, and our senior staff members will be able to provide a full account-level breakdown.
