I love this website and how easy it is to make purchases and play the games. They have a great variety of games to choose from. I do not know how redemption is as I haven't cashed out on it yet.
Response from SweepKingJun 12, 2026
Hi Brittany, Sounds like you're enjoying the platform for what matters most — a smooth experience and plenty of games to choose from. Whenever that first redemption comes around, we'll be looking forward to hearing how it goes. Thanks for giving us a try!

They paid me to say it’s a good platform but to be honest it’s one of the worst I have played don’t waste your money

Purchased 5$ promo pack and won 200$. Had a few questions about redemption and turnover. Support was stellar at explaining it all. And My redemption was done in under an hour. If I could of gotten my redemption to my debit card i would of given it 5 stars.
Response from SweepKingJun 11, 2026
Turning a $5 package into a $200 redemption is a great outcome. We're glad support was able to walk you through the redemption and playthrough questions, and even happier to hear your payout was completed in under an hour. We appreciate the feedback regarding debit card redemptions. Depending on the payment methods used on an account, additional redemption options may be available, and our team is always happy to help players explore them.

This is a decent gaming platform I will give them that. They do have a lot of games. Unfortunately there's some glitches within some of their games because even if your location is turned on several of their games do not work and it'll say due to geolocation even though you'll make sure that you're location is turned on they changed their daily bonus system not too long ago I don't understand it anymore I liked their previous one I'm sure I'll figure this one out eventually I'm grateful for their bonus thing they had the other day but they are okay In addition this company will ask you to complete a review on trust palette where they will offer you compensation and then not give you the compensation but continue to give you a runaround even after you've proved to them that you have submitted the review more than likely because they can't stand any kind of feedback that may be not positive not my fault that their system is messed up but they're very rude and they continuously give you the runaround and again they offer compensation to give them a review that they don't give to you

At the same time, we understand your frustration regarding the geolocation issues, changes to the daily rewards system, and your recent interactions with support. Feedback like this helps us identify areas where the player experience can be improved. We take concerns about game accessibility, communication, and promotional processes seriously, and we'll make sure your comments are shared with the relevant teams. We appreciate your honesty and your time on the platform.

They gave me free coins and off those coins I ended up winning hundred bucks and cashed out and got it right away
Response from SweepKingJun 11, 2026
That's the kind of surprise everyone hopes for. Turning free coins into a successful redemption makes for a pretty memorable session. We're glad the payout process was smooth and that your winnings reached you quickly.
