I didn’t know going into it that if you paid Apple Pay that you would have to cash out via gc so I ended up running it up over a thousand sc and couldn’t cash out but a hundred via gift card bc of the way that I deposited. Needless to say I was pissed and wanted to either make more for my next cash out or nothing ended up losing the thousand

We understand why this was frustrating, especially after building such a significant balance. The available redemption methods can depend on how the original purchase was made. For example, purchases completed through Apple Pay don't establish the direct card relationship that's required for certain card redemption methods. We recognize this isn't always obvious upfront and appreciate you pointing it out. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we can better explain redemption options before players make their first purchase. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Outside of a banking error during redemption of prizes (Which was corrected very quickly) I will say, among the dozens of other social casinos SweepKing has been a great website. Win or Lose the games and UI are both user friendily. Other sites should take notes
Response from SweepKingJun 28, 2026
We really appreciate the balanced feedback. We're glad the redemption issue was resolved quickly and didn't overshadow the overall experience. Hearing that SweepKing stands out among the many social casinos you've tried, especially for its games and user experience, means a lot to us. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!

100 dollar per daywithdrawal limit. Didn’t like that
Response from SweepKingJun 28, 2026
Hi Matthew, We appreciate the honest feedback. We understand that daily redemption limits won't suit every player's preferences, and we know they can feel restrictive. Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective — it helps us identify where players would like to see improvements.
