After waiting over a week and a half to cash out and to go through some type of fraud verification when I'm a depositing customer and just because I want off of a bonus they wouldn't pay me my whole $100 they only pay me $25 and they didn't tell me this until it was time to pay me which they took and drug their feet with it was so upsetting because they had me do all the extra steps and wake the extra long time and I was expecting that money by the time I got it it was already spent really you only got 25 it really hurt me and they said they do that all the time but I've won on bonuses before and they let me cash out and they've had that policy they trying to pull up the whole time that they choosing picture they want to not pay and I don't like that I really like this place until then I new to the review site so bear with me for my reply because I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly Your response claims this comes down to rules on promotional funds, but your own records show inconsistent enforcement. First, I am a paying customer with multiple direct card purchases/deposits on my account, not just someone relying solely on daily free claim bonuses. Second, in past redemptions, my balance was built the exact same way—from promotional play—and was paid out without issue. Now, suddenly, under Ticket #8JDDV7, my $100 redemption was capped at 25 SC and the remaining $75 was wiped out using Section 1.5. Telling me publicly to contact Support for 'clarification' is misleading. I already escalated this, asked for a supervisor review, and was told in writing that the decision was final and the case was closed. You accepted my deposits and previously paid out this exact source of funds, but are now using fine-print restrictions to withhold legitimate winnings.

I won $124 and you guys only paided me out $40.27 and even my bank is confused on why I didn't received the whole payment

The redemption process was an absolute nightmare! My account was was fully verified before I ever submitted the redemption request. The next day I received an email that I needed to redo my verification process from start to finish, which I did. Then 2 days later I received an email asking for documents to verify my address, which I did. Here we are 12 days later and I had to reach out to inquire about my redemption, just for them to FINALLY approve it. When I sign up for a site, I always immediately verify my account. So for them to ask me to reverify all of my information for no reason at all other than just stall paying me what I won is absolutely ridiculous. I get redemptions from several sites throughout the week and not once have I ran into issues like I did with SweepJungle. They definitely lost a customer, I will take my money and spent it on sites that are actually honest and trustworthy.

I’ve been waiting over three months to get my redemptions paid out. Support canceled my cashouts due to internal "technical issues," even though my account was completely verified and in good standing as confirmed by support. I started their official 30-day informal dispute process as stated in their Terms & Conditions. That 30-day legal window ended last month without my funds being paid or anyone giving me a real timeline. Since they completely ignored their own terms and failed to resolve the debt during the 30-day window, I am now moving forward with formal JAMS arbitration to recover the money owed. I would not recommend this platform to any user as there are other great alternatives out there.

EDITED: SweepJungle ended up banning me without specifying why, agreed to refund me $4,000 of my purchases and so far has only sent about $3,000. My remaining balance on the site was obviously deleted. Terrible site to play on if you like actually redeeming. I played on SweepJungle due to a good game selection and solid deals. Ended up spending quite a bit but I won most of it back. However, SweepJungle says they will pay out redemptions within a week, and I have pending redemptions almost 2 months old at this point. I have messaged support and they said they will "speed things up". And I even have a VIP manager that says the same thing! Scam site that will gladly let you buy and lose but will never pay out your redemptions should you happen to win.

The most ridiculous redemption process of any social casino. Expect your redemptions to be cancelled while they make you jump through hoop after hoop. No urgency to pay and support is just AI auto responses. Avoid if you’re wise

The verification process is ridiculous, AFTER you've already been verified they are using a different verification platform now and payment methods you've already used are needing to be verified again with a selfie holding the cards to your face. Plus the Shufti verification platform redirects you to sign in to your account although you've never had an account, and won't just verify your credentials. Also being asked to verify a card that was a rewards virtual card from a different slots site and you have no bank account statement for to complete the card verification. But of course customer support or the "anti-fraud department " won't take that fact into account, or the just don't want to so they can hold your winnings. After this debacle is over I will be 86'ing there site.
