Absolutely horrible website. Terrible support. Excluded me from promos "due to a visual glitch" like... what? How lame and made up is that excuse?

I placed a redemption of $1,000 on September 10th and it is now September 29th and it has still not been processed! I have talked to support multiple times and they have always said that they forward it to the financial department and mark it as high priority but that has done nothing. I am starting to get very worried because I have about $3,000 in pending redemptions! As of now please STAY AWAY from this casino. I will update my review and rating if and when I get my redemptions.

Never win anything I've spent plenty of money only to be provided with a terrible experience not only that but took me forever to save up my little tokens or whatever they are that you can exchange for free spins and when I finally got the 20 which was the original for me anyway amount you would need to get the cheapest free spins and only five of them they updated their platform whereas that wouldn't even close to enough so yeah a couple years of logging in almost every day for the first year and periodically but consistently for the next and here I am still stuck with not enough tokens to do a damn thing with I hate this place I don't recommend it to anybody

absolute scam. they will do everything in their power to never pay you. they will cancel their redeem a million times and ask for the same 10 documents over and over

Ive had to contact the police department and file a case getting a restraining order against this team. After closing my account their VIP manager would continuously reach out after being advised not to. To the point his email read "Hello Joseph - I know your account is closed but I wanted to reach out to you personally. This is AFTER repeated attempts to have him blocked from my account. I filed a criminal report against this person- and Kinetix legal team reached out saying "our investigation showd that he has not reached out in over a month " which was factually untrue- as I immediately sent their legal team an email from the same agent reaching out two days before they said their investigation showed he had not reached out for a month. Once I showed them this updated communication--- legal has gone silent- refusing to even acknowledge that their employee is stalking me. I reported this to the police department as there are 4 documented cases of his contact after being told not to. As trust pilot is one way of warning players of the danger I will keep updating with reviews as they are appropriate. My police case will proceed but I want other players to know that this team is a threat at this point--- and actively has a stalker working in their team.

Try a different option for anyone that wants to play on sweepstakes sites. This might be the worst one I’ve come across yet. Honestly so so many dead spins. Their coupons absolutely suck. You’ll lose your ass on here. Look at the stars that should tell you enough.

This site is an absolute JOKE. I've been waiting on a SUPER TINY redemption of $101 for over a week. I've been fully verified for almost a year and used to be a VIP player until they started blatantly lying about redemption timeframes, etc. I've played at 10-15 other sweeps casinos and have NEVER waited longer than 48 hours for a redemption. Their customer service team is basically just AI. They constantly repeat the same information over and over ("it's being processed", "you'll get it soon", "we have a high volume of requests"). It's all complete bullshit. The positive reviews are either fake or SweepJungle's way of luring in new customers (pay super quick at first and then steal people's money). Avoid this place like the plague. They're not even worthy of one star. A total clown show.

I had such a difficult time redeeming my sweeps coins ($550) that I have been completely turned off to Sweeps Jungle! They requested the same verification documents that I continuously submitted five times and continued to cancel my redeems without notice five times. It took 5 attempts over more than a month to receive what was a legitimate redemption. I felt like they were trying to exhaust me so I would give up. NOT COOL!
