SweepJungleReviews of sweepjungle.com

Won almost $1000. Just like any other legit website and sweep jungle is by far from a legit honest website, I sent in my CDL and they stated it was not a stated form of identification and that I needed to send in my driver's license. So this clearly shows that they are uneducated and can't identify what a CDL is, so sweep i will properly educate you and let everyone read what your stupid response will be to this review. CDL stands for Commercial Driver's License, hmmmmm funny how you wanted mine and I gave it to you. They will not let you verify your account so you can redeem your winning. Even funnier how I read a similar review that someone else stated they were winning and all of a sudden they game stopped working. Lol I was playing a game yesterday and winning hundreds at a time, all of a sudden the game malfunctioned and even I refreshed the site it was mysteriously gone. STAY AWAY FROM SWEEP JUNGLE

Trying to see how to redeem the money I really don’t know if this casino legit

The site does not have a built in KYC system. i asked support how to purchase a package, and I was told to email my id to them. No explanation. I did a little research and asked questions before I sent my documents. Problem is, I had taken the sign up bonus and tested a few of the games, running my balance up to $116. I received a very abrupt email stating that he system could not verify me and I was banned, decision final. I have never had trouble with KYC verification on any site. I agree with the other negative reviews. This site is a scam. The inflated positive reviews on here are false. Seems like quite the scheme to collect identities. Please see the email I received only a few short hours after submitting my documents. No one reached out to help rectify the matter. I requested clarification, but as the email states, the decision is final and I am banned. There were no other communications asking me for specific documents or trying to fix the matter. I have no issue with any of my identification documents. Stay far away from this scam! (EMAIL FROM SWEEP JUNGLE): Thank you for your patience while our team completed a thorough review of your account. Unfortunately, we were not able to verify your identity within our security system. Please note that this is not due to any mistake or wrongdoing on your part — it is simply a case where the system was unable to complete the required verification ✨ Because of this, we cannot proceed with any updates to your account, and you will no longer be able to continue using our services, including access to gaming activity. This decision is final and cannot be reversed at this time. If applicable laws or our internal systems change in the future, we may be able to revisit the matter and will reach out to you if that happens. Please know that this action is taken to ensure a secure, fair, and compliant environment for all users in our Jungle 🦜🍃 Warm regards, The Sweep Jungle Team

They will do everything to not pay you and won’t respond. Have been dealing with them for a week now and it’s been awful. Now I can’t log in. Scam sweepstakes site. Stay away

They will do everything they can to not let you redeem. I sent in passport which is stated on website they accept and they replied with we need drivers license. I don't drive. Im disabled. They made me send in so much to withdraw $101. They're trash. STAY AWAY

Site sucks... I gave it a try for the heck of it and from my experience, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to win anything on here. More and more of these garbage sites keep popping up and every single one of them are the same. Terrible looking platform with a barely functioning UI. RTP on the games probably set to the bare minimum. Just don't even sign up to this site. Save yourself the money and go to a different site.

I won't a big amount on my birthday would not verify my account for me to redeem terrible site horrible customer service do not recommend

Unfortunately I had to give at least 1 star. This site is maybe the actual worst sweepstakes casino I have played at. I had closed my account at this casino. I got an email from them a few days after I closed it stating it was re-opened for some nonsense reason I can't remember. They then proceeded to lie to me about their games RTP, stating first that it was something the providers chose, which they later retracted when I gave an example of a slot provider that has multiple RTP settings the casino can choose from and asked which they had chosen, as well as stating their Bgaming slots were set at 95%. When I went back after it had been closed but re-opened just to see, I repurchased a small amount and looked at Bgaming slots, which were all at 92% setting, not the stated 95% in the email they sent me. So to recap, they re-opened my account without my consent or any desire for them to do so. Lied to me about their games RTP settings and the fact that they chose the literal lowest setting possible. And kept pestering me to play, offering me free sweeps coins AFTER my account was supposed to be permanently closed, showing a pattern of targeting potential problem gamblers. Knowing all of this, why would you play here? EDIT: in response to the reply from the casino. I signed up days ago. Whether you were officially launched or not, you accepted money from me. I noticed the rtp was really low. Permanently closed the account via support soon after. 2 days later, I get multiple emails, saying the account was reopened without my request to do so, and offering free sweeps coins. I then had a back and forth with support where they lied to me about the RTP settings of your slots. In every instance I have been fully transparent about what happened. It sounds like you are trying to play a "we are the victim" card here. You aren't, I am.
