Update 6/3/2026: 9 days later they approved and paid. Saw the deposit for $250. Although it shouldn’t have taken 9 days, I am grateful the company did right and released the funds. Read the original review about my experience if you’re considering playing here for the first time. Your experience may differ if you’ve played here for a while and you’ve been verified. Updating stars a little for the fact they paid but won’t rate the entirety of my experience as 5 stars. Original Review: On 5/25/2026, I bought in with one of their packages. Won $400 or so and cashed out with $250 that same day. Got an email overnight from SJ Antifraud department asking to confirm my card and ensuring it was physical and not a digital card. Sent the requested information to them. Next day, got another email asking to take a photo of the card and mask the middle numbers and hide the security code and to show my full name / expiration date. I sent them the info. The next day, they sent an email and requested a live video with the card to show it’s real. Sent them the video. Haven’t heard anything yet from the team, I did follow up and ask and they sent a generic, canned response so I don’t have high hopes at this time. I won’t be continuing to support this platform with how much of a pain they are making this process. I play on many other social casinos and payment is always in my account next day or within several hours and I’ve never had to provide an image of my card or a video so I don’t believe SweepsJungle is the best option as they don’t seem to want to pay their players within a reasonable amount of time. I’d beware of this platform. I will be reporting them soon if they don’t have my funds to me by the weekend.

Hey there, thanks for giving SweepJungle a try and for sharing your honest feedback — we’re glad to hear you think we’re pretty cool so far 🌴🎰 Since you haven’t cashed out with us yet, we totally understand wanting to see how the redemption side works before giving a higher rating ⏳ When you do decide to request a payout, make sure your account is fully verified, and our team will do their best to make that part of your journey through the jungle feel smooth too ✅ Thanks again for the review — we appreciate you taking the time and hope your future experience with games and redemptions will earn a few more stars from you 🎰🌿

Haven’t played to much to determine if they are fair

Games are a bit clunky. Wins are seldom and honestly you put in a lot more than the buy ins. Maybe because this is a fairly new casino? Not very many choices in games and errors do pop up. Rewards like free spins do not gain good value. They set limits on how much you can win on the free spins.
