UPDATE It's now day 4 of waiting for a small $100 redemption and I just keep getting told redemptions are backed up..... Won't be spending anymore money here once my redemption finally goes through. I used to love this site but for some reason redemption times have slowed way down. I'm not even redeeming huge amounts just $100 here and there. I also got hit with an email saying I needed to submit documents to verify even though my account is fully verified. If my verification finally goes through by the end of the day I'll update my review but until then I can't give it any more then 2 stars.

DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. I am currently out over $3,800 because SweepJungle (SJ Support) refuses to honor my legitimate redemptions. I have a documented email chain of over 17 messages proving their deceptive tactics. After winning and attempting to redeem my balance, I was met with a month of stalling tactics. First, they gave me the runaround about which card to use, telling me to use one card and then claiming their system "automatically cancels" redemptions to that card because it’s a credit card—even though they’d used my debit card before without any issues. Then they made me wait out a "14-day redemption limit," promising my funds would be processed by March 14th. That was a total lie. For weeks, my requests just sat "in review" while support sent me generic emails with palm tree and paw print emojis (🐾/🌴) telling me to be patient instead of actually helping. After two months of fighting for my $5,369 balance, they suddenly closed my account today (March 23) claiming "suspicious activity" only after I demanded my money. Now they’re trying to offer me a "refund" of only $1,500, which means they are effectively stealing nearly $4,000 of my winnings. This site is completely unprofessional and predatory. They’re happy to take your deposits instantly, but the second you win big, they flag your account just to avoid paying out. I’ve already filed reports with the FTC and the BBB, and I’m moving forward with legal action and chargebacks. I just don't understand I play every day I won $100 and all I wanted to do was redeem my money and they needed to verify my ID so I sent my drivers license then they kicked me off the platform for no reason and no explanation and I was really nice and gave the cat people really high Braden, Bryce and Leon and now I'm kicked off and I can't even play anymore. I don't understand they just didn't give me my $100 and I really needed it. Y'all suck.

This website does things to make it more difficult to win. I won $6,000 on one spin. By then I was allowed to cash out $1,000 a day and $3,000 a week. It took me 2 weeks to start the cash out redemption process. They do this because they want you to lose back anything you win. They're afraid of actually giving out money and to say I won. $6,000 isn't true either because I had already spent $5,500 on their website when I won that. So in essence, it took me 2 weeks to get back the money that I paid into their website. and there's other things on their website. There's a promotion where it says every $20 in sweeps coins. You spend you earn one gem. I play through roughly $10,000 and sweeps coins and a night and earned $47 gems. I asked why and it was because there's additional math they don't advertise to you. It's you're buying times 8/ 20 why give a promotion and advertise it that way but then have that fine print that prevents you for giving something away and the customer. I don't come to the website going. Oh I hope if I'm not going to play here if you don't give me gems to buy free spins that was on them to do that and then they make it deceitful to use. Why bother?

Terrible experience I thought this place was OK at first, but then I got cheated on a game and didn’t get my credits and the support did not resolve the issue. So unless you wanna lose your money and not get any help when that happens, I wouldn’t play here.
