Shady site offering incentive for reviews Pretty sure it’s frowned upon to offer free SC to give a review. I asked for a free SC offer to get something going annd check the site out and Charlene offered me 2 free SC to leave a review and provided the link to this site. I have a screenshot as proof. I don’t recommend this site. Seems shady and more like a scam since they need to bribe to get reviews.

Not helpful at all I get bonus package deals in my email I click on it to make a purchase and it don't give me the bonus I messaged customer service and they told me they was nothing they could do because of the package I bought. I bought the package that it directly sent me to when I clicked on it from my email.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews especially when in the past I've had nothing but great experiences. My first two redemptions I received within 10 hours with my current 2 redemptions we are past the 72 hours customer service has been telling me. The casino reached out to me the first day asking me to submit front and back of my ID which I did twice because the first copy wasn't good enough. The casino let me know my documents were received and I passed the verification and to allow 72 hours for my redemptions to process. It's now past 72 where's my redemption? I chatted with customer service around 12pm today and I was told there are no issues with my redemption and that they would try to speed it along and still nothing. Not sure what to do to get my redemption but extremely disappointed. Update 5/3/26 still have not received my redemption still getting the same generic "we're experiencing a high volume we will process your redemption as soon as possible". What I don't understand if that's true why are people submitting redemptions for more than mine, after I submitted mine and they received theirs already????

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After completing all requested verification steps, including providing my card details, my withdrawal is still being delayed without a valid reason.Now, I am being asked to submit a bank statement showing recent deposits made just two days ago. This is completely unreasonable, as bank statements are issued monthly and it is impossible for those transactions to appear yet.Instead of accepting valid alternative proof such as screenshots or screen recordings directly from my banking app, they continue to delay the process with repetitive and unrealistic demands. Communication has been vague, with no clear timeframe or resolution provided—only repeated statements that my request is “under verification.”This feels like a tactic to delay or avoid paying out legitimate withdrawals. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this platform.

I had to redo this one! Customer service is top notch here that can’t go unsaid! The deceitfulness of this site is also top notch! About a month ago I hit a max win of 10k on the snoop dog slot and then just ending up having a great run and ran it up to 19k only to be advised of redemption limits. Why would a casino let you win more than you can pull out? They get you nice and cozy with the first redemption once verified of course but then alllll the hiccups happen coincidently when you go to redeem more, extra checks for this or that, which does NOT happen on a good reputable sweeps casino!
