Don't wanna pay They hold up your redemptions then days…
They hold up your redemptions then days later say documents needed so you cancel your redemptions. Why documents needed 4 days later but they never said it. Purchase was made with same card as redemption.

So, I have just been a victim of...let's call it "redemption manipulation." I just won about $110 and tried to redeem it; however, SweepsJungle is wanting me to provide pictures of my card that was used to make a purchase, a picture of me holding my card next to my face (lol), and a bank statement of the account I want to redeem to. I complied with their request almost immediately. They are now coming back saying I need to provide a bank statement of the account I am attempting to redeem to now showing a deposit (purchase) that was made to SweepJungle even though the account I am wanting to redeem to is separate than the account I used to buy sweep coins. RIDICULOUS. Site is a scam. Please stay away and do not take into account the "good" reviews. Trust the recent reviews. I would also like to add; they have no problem when you make deposits into their casino just when it is time for you to redeem.

STOLE MY $173 REDEMPTION FALSELY I had a very disappointing experience with SweepJungle. My account was suddenly banned for “multiaccounting,” even though I only ever used one account. I was not given any meaningful explanation or evidence to support this claim. At the time of the ban, I still had funds in my account, which I now cannot access. I reached out to support to resolve the issue, but the responses were either vague or unhelpful, and the situation remains unresolved. I understand that platforms need to enforce rules, but banning legitimate users without clear proof or a fair appeal process is not acceptable. Especially when real money is involved. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure they understand the risks before depositing funds. I’m still open to resolving this if SweepJungle is willing to review my case properly. I'm sure they will reply with some garbage and I fear they're botting their trustpilot reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Scam From First Redemption
I've been collecting dailies and made my first purchase. Requested first redemption and they start with the usual BS. I provide all the requested photos and selfies. Then they DENIED the redemption because I didn't submit the docs. PLOT TWIST: all the docs were still attached to the denial email. They forgot to remove them when they sent the lie. Full scam casino.

Dishonest and Manipulative Platform
From reading the recent reviews of others, it appears as though this platform is selectively scamming loyal patrons by presenting extended, and unnecessary waiting periods for players to receive their withdrawals. This is also my experience with a $225 redemption request from two days ago. Support is unhelpful, and outright refuses to escalate the chain of command. Support via email has been dormant and doesn't even reply back with confirmation of receipt or provide a ticket number. Live support also denied request for contact information of their legal team. Unacceptable!

They will do anything and everything not to redeem your winnings. They gave me the run around for over a month for $300. I never did get it. They flat out LIED and said someone other than me was attempting to verify my account. They locked me out and closed account. I never did get my winnings. They are awful. There are a lot of good honest casinos out there. This is not one of them.

Scam Casino
Just another scam casino, look elsewhere. I bought a promotional package, played some, won some, and tried a redemption. They then decided that the promotional package was 'in error' and cancelled my redemption and stole my money. They then gave me the runaround for like 3 weeks to avoid addressing the issue despite telling me that they've 'forwarded the issue to the payments team' multiple times. I sincerely doubt that they refunded anyone that lost with their promotional package so they essentially had me stomach all the risk and refused to payout winnings. There are vastly better sweeps casinos out there than this collection of thieves at SweepJungle.
