I've had this game for 3 days bought their $30 package ended up winning 2000 I had already done all my verification before trying to claim and you can only redeem 500 every 24 hrs with a 25 dollar fee I've been in constant contact with support and I keep getting they need to do a manual review and would get back to me ASAP I've been trying to redeem for 3 days I like everything about this casino except I just need my money and it's been 3 days I don't see how that's fast redemption I'm hoping this review will help me get what I've won before I spend it all back i never take all the money I won off just Lil over half and I can't even seam to get a quarter of it so far I will update when I get my redemption fingers crossed they're really what the other reviews are saying they are UPDATE A week after this post and several rejections i got an email saying they would let me get out a 300 redemption while they finish my review week update again if get it and my review goes thru
