Worst Casino ever. I have been waiting for my redemption for two weeks now. Customer service is a joke. They put in multiple “tickets” to help resolve my redemption issue, but they stopped responding to my messages over a week ago. Avoid this online social casino.

I submitted a redemption request for $143.55 on 8/31/2026, which the site confirmed as successfully processed. Shortly after, my account was locked with no explanation. I sent a written demand for the redemption and an explanation for the lock through their support inbox on 9/4/2026, and a follow-up on 9/8/2026. Both received only an automated Intercom acknowledgment - no human response, no redemption, and no unlock. As of this review it has been over two weeks with zero communication about a completed, confirmed redemption while my account remains locked. This is not how a legitimate sweepstakes platform should handle a processed payout.

I got Sign up bonus and my wife did as well we both spent $60 and got $120 We never won two bonuses on one game, they were mostly 5$ bonus games on games that usually average around $25 The RTP is the worst I’ve seen before. You don’t have to worry about them not giving you your redemption because you will never get one. I will Never play again, stick to any other casino but this one.

This site is a complete hoax. I believe these reviews are fake and are not truthful experiences. First time playing here and will be the LAST time playing here. The RTP is EXTREMELY low so you can spin $30+ on a game which I’ve did on SEVERAL games and received less than $5 in the bonus rounds which tells me the RTP IS EXTREMELY low. This site does not want you to win, I don’t recommend anyone to play here. Also, the welcome bonus have to be played through 5x’s which can be almost impossible. I’ll be closing my account after this review. Please people, save your money this is not the one.

Friendly reminder that these operators are scumbags and will try to steal your money. If you’re having issues look up the names in this review and apply pressure. Ben thought he could steal my money and he quickly realized he was in over his head 😂 There seems to be some confusion as to what took place here. I’ve attached the email I received from the co founder of this site. Clearly stating he was confiscating my funds and a non existent refund clause was used as justification for the confiscation. “Regarding your account: • It will remain inactive permenantly •You may submit a request to review any eligible refund in accordance with our policies after 120 days. • Any chargebacks initiated will be formally disputed with full supporting documentation, including chat transcripts and transaction records We will not engage in further discussion on this matter.” They got caught stealing and are now trying to save face in my opinion. Please see my official review below. I am writing this to warn others after Brandi Marketing LLC attempted to confiscate my funds using a non-existent clause in their terms of service. The company only returned my money after being threatened with legal action. I was inspired by this attempted theft to hunt down the operators behind this site. Public records from the Texas Secretary of State indicate the business was originally registered in Richmond, TX, with Shenal Brandigampola listed as a managing member and Benjamin Bach as an agent. On February 6, 2026, they switched to using “Registered Agents Inc.” as the agent on file at 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX, 78731. These companies hide behind registered agents thinking they can’t be held accountable. The consumer has a variety of legal methods to recover their funds. In situations like this, it’s important to teach these kind of companies a lesson so they won’t be so confident to attempt to steal customers' hard-earned money in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, the "lesson" I refer to is this public warning and the pursuit of all available legal remedies to ensure transparency. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with the above mentioned individuals/companies due to the fact they tried to steal my money and only returned it under legal pressure.
