Do not buy this product. I have been cheated by them very badly. It took almost 20 days to get the product in Australia since the date i purchased. they produce micro products for Aliens. The bracelet I bought cannot even be used by my 12-year-old son. they did not refund my money.

I had ordered from their site on 9th August 2025 and for past more than 20 days I haven’t received my order. When I checked online (delivery, their third party vendor) it was showing as “package missing”. I don’t understand that why the same was not checked by the company and it is only the customer who is checking the details. When I called customer care, they said that it’s not their fault and unable to take any responsibility. It’s the most ridiculous service I had seen. It’s a company run by bunch of unprofessional a. If you want to save your time and money do not buy anything from them.

Their customer support and courier partners have pathetic service. I wanted to return the product I don't have any issue with their gift card policy. I thought I'll purchase some other article. I placed return request on their website after this I received messages from courier partners Shiprocket (Delhivery) They daily send me msg to pick the order but one one came. This continues 3-4 days and after this no one contacted me. I didn't get a single reply from Swashaa. Not recommended to purchase from their website. It's better to place order on some other ecommerce platform.

Scam company run by scammers based in Surat... Ordered for an chain with pendant... Unfortunately it does not fit... While opting for a return/refund they have only 1 option that the amount will be refunded back to their gift card which is valid for 1 month and can used to purchase any other other out of their so called variety of 700+ products... Clearly shows the kind of ethics the company follows... All they care about is looting people... Pls think twice before making a purchase... In case the item you ordered is not upto the mark... Forget about your money... They will give you a gift card... scammers.
