You say what direction you want to transfer money, and the system will match you with someone that wants to do a similar transaction the other way. Let's say you want to move money to China. You will make a Zelle or PayPal payment to someone, and they will then make an Alipay or WeChat payment to you. Both upload screenshots of their transactions and do it within specific time limits, or Swapsy support will step in. As long as you pay attention and follow the instructions, it's a great system of helping each other out!
