I have bought several times on swap.com and have never had a problem even when the purchase wasn’t exactly what I expected. The problem was resolved with great satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to expand their wardrobe to take a look, buy it and if your not happy, let them know and they will help you make it right.

A five-star company
I bought 5 blouses for a total of $35 which included shipping. I kept 3 of the blouses because 2 were too tight in the bust. I appreciate Swap.com because of their 100% guarantee return policy. The experience I have had with previous secondhand clothing company's there was a "no return" policy. I was so enthralled with my experience; I told a half dozen women of my great find!

I love Swap
I love Swap, I just got a few really nice shirts and a spring sweater on swap for great prices. When the came they were all very nice and in great condition, I have also brought shoes recently form them new in the box at great prices also
