The experience was great! I purchased dress pants for work, sweaters and shirts, they were all in perfect shape! Unfortunately, a few shirts ended up not fitting as I had hoped. I sent these back and was provided with store credit. The whole return process (shipping the items back and receiving my credit) took only 7 days! This was a wonderful shopping experience. I will continue to buy items from Swap.com with confidence the items will be of high quality and worry free about returning items if needed.

Fantastic site!! i bought a Bob Mackey jacket for $7!!!! I have told all of my friends about this site!! You go into it, then YOU pick the size you want, the CONDITON you want...like you can PICK "new with tags" or "Excellent" "Good" "Fair" whatever you want....then the color...brand...however you want your shopping experience to go. There is a great clearance section too!!! The fun is in the hunt...but the fun is hunting on SWAP.COM!!

Love swap.com! Amazing prices on all types of clothes from kids to adults! Excellent for source for previously owned items in immaculate condition! Especially shoes! They return for free so don't worry if it doesn't fit! My back to school expenses are usually around $500 and this year because of Swap and previous credit I had earned from selling my items I only paid $77! That's a WIN for everyone! Quality & condition of clothing are as described & positively exceeded my expectations. The Polo shirts' colors were vibrant & had no pilling. Out of 11 items, only one item was returned. Apparently, the pants had been alterated because the clothing label had the correct inseam.

I am really happy I found this website.I am able to save a lot of money as my baby boy outgrows clothing so quickly. I am happy with my first purchase and will shop again.
