I love shopping on Swap.com!
I love shopping on Swap.com. I use it mostly to buy my kids clothes, and couldn’t be more pleased. The prices are fantastic, the pictures are usually pretty accurate, and the condition is always as listed. In my experience, my orders have always been received sooner than the shipping timeline they give which is awesome. In the case that something doesn’t fit quite right or you don’t like it, their return policy is wonderful.

Just Yes
If you have kids,if you yourself wear clothes. This is one of thr only places I shop now. Every style,every size, incredible prices. Tons of great books and toys too! Fast shipping, superior customer service.

Swap is a great place to shop
Swap is a great place to shop. The clothing is always in good condition and they have an excellent return policy is things don't fit.

I have shopped on Swap.com several…
I have shopped on Swap.com several times. They have great prices and on top of that great sales. The clothes arrive clean and in great condition. I have also returned things if the size was not right. They honor that as well. Totally worth trying!

Been shopping SWAP for over two years…
Been shopping SWAP for over two years and am a very satisfied customer. Merchandise is true to size, good quality and their website is very user friendly. If necessary, returns are easy to process. I highly recommend this website for the smart shopper.

If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!
I discovered Swap.com last year. I have a master's degree in fashion design and interior design, so I am very fussy about clothing and sewing! I am a very petite older lady and take great pride in dressing well on a budget! My go-to labels are Talbots and Cold Water Creek. I have always used their outlets in the past. Now that I live in TN I am no where near these outlets. I have placed at least 4 large orders on Swap.com and am 1000% satisfied! I have bought clothes for myself, my husband and daughter. We are delighted with the selection, pricing and especially the easy return/refund customer service!!! That has put them at the top of my list for a place to buy clothes. I always go for the new with tags option! Thank you for an outstanding shopping experience!

Shop Swap!
Swap is my go to store for clothes. The deals are amazing. If there is ever any problem with the purchase you can return it with free shipping.

Great customer service with Swap.com!
I've only had to contact customer service twice out of the many purchases I've made at Swap.com. And both times I've had excellent customer service with my issues being resolved in record time. And also with very professional and courteous representatives handling these issues. This makes contacting customer service at Swap.com effortless.
