I was extremely happy with my first time purchases from Swap.com. Every thing was in excellent condition (looked like new) and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great deal on clothing.

A loyal customer
I started shopping at Swap.com over 3 years ago and I not only love all of the great bargains and how environmentally friendly reselling clothing is, but I love how easy their website is to navigate so you can find exactly what I am looking for. I have only ever sent back one item and tge process was easy, quick, and tgeir customer service was helpful and courteous. I highly recommend!

Great place to find clothes!
I have purchased over 50 items from Swap.com. I did return 5 of them because they did not fit me. Both the purchasing and returning process are flawless. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I found that by buying the brands I am familiar with I almost never return anything.

I was hesitant to purchase from a…
I was hesitant to purchase from a thrift store online but the prices were excellent and I was ordering mainly for toddler boys so what could it hurt? I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and so was my daughter-in-law! I will definitely be ordering again soon. I must add that I checked the "Condition" box with the options "new with tags" and "like new".
