I honestly had one bad experience and…
I honestly had one bad experience and was not happy with how the situation was handled by management despite this I continued shopping with swap and I am very very satisfied with my purchases so far!

I was totally surprised to read such…
I was totally surprised to read such negative reviews on the BBB web site, but then I am only a buyer, not a seller, so therein may lie the difference. For several months I have purchased many items (the last being eight beautiful tops) and have loved everything. Only a couple of times did I get items that didn't fit well (certain brands), but the cost of purchasing the items was so reasonable that I simply donated those to a local shop for homeless children. Items always arrive clean with no "used clothing" odor and often appear to be brand new. Swap.com has saved me hundreds of dollars on well-known brand names I prefer, but can't afford to buy at store prices. Love, love, love this web site!

Newbie Loves Swat.com!
My first experience with Swap.com was great, even though the two pairs of boots I ordered didn't fit; I had a code for free shipping and printed a label for free return shipping. Since I ordered the wrong size (my fault) I received a full credit instead of a refund, which is fine as I intend to do more shopping on this terrific site. Customer service was quick, knowledgeable, helpful. I have already placed an order for another pair of boots, a half size larger - hope they fit!
