Several items did not fit, which I expected as I am hard to fit. The return process was smooth and simple. I just went to returns.swap.com (as shown on my packing slip) and requested an RMA #. I did not have to pay return shipping. The items were all in good condition. The only negative thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that the clothing smells musty and stinky. It's very off-putting. But because all of my items were machine washable, that was easily enough remedied. Thank you Swap.com!

I've ordered from these folks twice and it's a great shopping experience. The merchandise comes as presented, fast, and returns are easy. The prices are a real treat! The only thing I miss from shopping on other sites is seeing the clothes on an actual body. (Shout out to those who also feature plump models!) But I guess that would drive their very low prices up. I highly recommend using their site. Good for you, your wallet AND the environment!

It is far better to buy on swap then to sell apparently. I have had pretty good luck with kids clothes and a few things for myself. Returns have been easy and free label easy to print. I sent a box of 25-30 items a month ago to sell and haven't seen any credit yet... reviews for selling are not very good though!

I absolutely LOVE Swap. Adorable selections at amazing prices. My only complaint is the high price of slow shipping. But using codes they send me I can even save on that from time to time.

I LOVE Swap. You can't beat the value for the price. The clothes have always been in great condition and clean. My only wish is that there was a better system for describing and photographing the items. You can never tell the weight of the fabric and critical details (courdoroy, velvet, polar fleece, etc) are never included.

Don't get me wrong, I do like swap.com very much. The reason for the 4 out of 5 star rating is because, in my opinion, some of the items are priced just a tad too high for being secondhand clothing. I understand they're a consignment store & that the profits go in two separate directions. However, it's a rather small amount they give to those who provide their inventory. Also, you must be careful & make sure you don't buy items that state in the description that they are in fair condition because they can become ruined after just a couple wears. Other than that swap.com is a great place to shop. Keep watch on their latest deals & you can have a most excellent shopping experience.
