I ordered on Swap not having ever known anything about the website or knowing anyone who ordered. I was so amazed at the quality of the clothing and the fabulous way it was packaged. I needed a few pieces of warm clothing for Fall. I am so very happy with my purchase.

I'm actually ecstatic over my first order: a $180 dress and $50 shoes for $18 - and they are absolutely pristine, as described! I've already set up some saved searches which come in my email every morning, and I'll be shopping here regularly.

I first used Swap when i was pregnant, didn't want to send an arm and leg on those item.. stumbled across this website and haven't turned back. Description of article are to the T, if its labeled like new , its like new. Even their good and fair condition items are good quality. Shipping comes faster then expected. Not overly priced for used semi used or new items . I am a return shopper and will continue to be.
