I recently used Swap.com for the first time. I bought 4 pair of shorts at an average cost of $11.00 each, one fantastic bargain. New, the shorts would have been $45 or more per pair. The shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the Christmas rush. Understandable. The shorts looked new, I will be a repeat customer!!

As a graduate of the Business College at Ohio State University and retired business person, in my opinion, the reason why many businesses go on the be standout, great businesses, versus those that don't, is that the great business never stops improving their focus on satisfying their customers, day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. To be complacent is to slowly decline.

Shopping thrift stores has always been an adventure for me... Finding quality clothing at low prices is one of the best experiences, swap.com is a great place for the avid bargain shopper, lots of name brands & their clearance section is my go to - A word to the wise, if you're a "6" buy an "8" ... anyone who's a true thrifter will know that the size on the clothing isn't always going to be your normal fit - Happy Shopping!

It was lovely! I got nice clothes and I impressed my boyfriend with them. Wished they smelled better though.

The prices here are way better than Thred Up. While i can't say the clothing is as nice, I found identical items of clothing on both stores. Swaps was only $1.80 while Thred Up was $6.50! The shipping took too long, but other than it was good.

I think swap.com is a good site. Although I can see where the bad reviews are coming from. The clothes smell really bad, BUT the clothes are in good shape. I have a new order coming through, so hopefully it’s like my first experience. Once again I totally recommend but don’t get your hopes up too high. Love, nyazid

I love going to thrift stores but since the COVID-19 pandemic I've had to stay home and take extra precautions to protect myself because I have preexisting conditions so I've become an avid online shopper and SWAP.COM is great!! AMAZING WEBSITE!! CHECK IT OUT!!!
