Hello, We sincerely apologize for any frustration you experienced with sending in items to consign with our company. When sending in a box, you can order a label for $11.90 or a box/bag and a label for $14.90. These fees begin to be deducted once you begin to sell items. Once your items are processed, you will receive an email to price your accepted items. Once you have priced your items, they will appear on on Swap.com to be sold. Once the item is sold, we will take the sell price and deduct our fees of 30% + $1.50 per item. You have 14 days to request back any non accepted items. My sincere apology for your recent unsatisfying interaction with our company. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your not accepted items. Our process outlines that you have two weeks to have your items sent back or donated, otherwise the items will be automatically donated. Each time you have receive an email regarding items ready to price, the message outlines the process for requesting items back or donation. The specific details regarding this are in the last paragraph of the email that is sent, and the verbiage states the following: "Within the next 14 days, please select what you want to do with the rejected item(s). You can either choose to donate them to Swap.com for recycling or alternatively ship the items back to you. If we don't hear from you in the next 14 days, we have the right dispose of these items and that disposal might include selling those items to recycling companies. For future reference, you can review our acceptance criteria for kids' items and for women's items." Sincerely, Swap.com
