I have been happy with every purchase on swap both before and after Covid. I'm an avid thrifter and usually supplement lots ofy kids' closet with thrifted clothes so with limited access to open 2nd hand stores and a higher risk child at home, we've had to drastically cut down and even eliminate many options. I'm so grateful swap has stayed up and running so we're still able to economically source clothes and also be confident that they're going to arrive as described and be priced affordably.

I missed out on so many awesome items at unbeatable prices. Swap.com is easy to navigate, searching isn't a puzzle to solve, and cart or wishlist buttons are on the list page AND the item page. My six item order with free shipping was less than $20 and delivered in a week. Enjoy the feeling of fulfillment and in under an hour or two. Packaged in separate plastic zip lock bags and shipped in a non-distinctive box.

I have been ordering from Swap for several months now. My experiences have exceeded expectations every time, including the time I had to return a couple of items. Very fast delivery, but, if needed, tracking is really easy; no wondering where package could be or when/if refunds will be processed! I have not been disappointed!

I have made several purchases on Swap.com. I have purchased clothes for myself, books for children and most recently baby clothes. No matter what it isyou are almost guaranteed to get much more than your monies worth. Good prices for great merchandise.

I have shopped a few online thrift shops and had OK experiences and some really bummer experiences too. I found Swap.com easy to use, purchase from, and delightfully easy to do a return, a prepaid return. I didn't expect that. I almost didn't return figuring it wasn't worth the postage. I decided to try it just to see how Swap handles it. It was Amazon. Label, code, instructions, done! It was so easy. No return funds but a credit on account. Can't wait to use it!!! Suits me just fine.

I love Swap.com! You log on, you search for a favorite store like J Crew or in general, pants, the size the color. So many items come up at such great prices. Add them to your cart and check out. It's that easy. Items arrive individually bagged and boxed super quick. It makes me never want to pay full price again.
