This company is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My sister recommended this company to me, even though she said she had some issues with them in the past (delivering damaged items weeks late, etc...). I placed a small order to see how it would be, and three weeks later it still is not here. My sister on the other hand - she got a discount for recommending the site to me, and she used it to place a $70 order. The site just decided to cancel her order for no reason - AFTER charging her card. She just rang me up crying after trying to deal with customer service, who were completely unhelpful and downright mean about it. My sister never cries. Ever. She has been through a lot, and for a company to get to her like this one has is unheard of. She just feels stupid for continuing to use them after the smaller problems she had in the past, and now I feel bad for giving them my money too. It's not even really about the money they stole from her, it is about the disrespect and the fact that CS doesn't have the slightest desire to help. Not good people at all. Please shop elsewhere.

Scammers. They were a decent company until this year. They collected good reviews and then turned evil. Not only do they steal the clothes people send in, but they do creepy stuff like change the price of items once in the cart, and often send out damaged items marked as "good condition". Returns aren't as easy as they pretend, because they use Fed Ex, and they sneakily deduct a return fee while pretending it is free. Just generally smarmy people, don't bother.

I was not satisfied and was unable to get in touch with customer service in order to return items, Swap.com repeatedly responded with automated messages. I'll never order from them again.

In my first ever order, one of the items that was advertised as "Brand New" arrived damaged and had clearly been opened and re-packaged to LOOK new. I decided to give them a second shot, and noticed they were doing a 40% off sale for Earth Day. I spent an hour shopping, adding this and that to my cart. When it came time to check out, the coupon code for 40% off applied successfully to ONE very cheap item in my cart, and nothing else. It turns out everything else in my cart was classified as a "new arrival" or a "hot brand" and therefore didn't qualify for the promotion. Well, you've wasted my time for the last time Swap.com. I had hoped this would be a nice way to scratch the thrift shopping itch during the pandemic, but this business is shady. Never again.

This company is an absolute joke! They will charge you to send them clothes, reject half, sell the other half for a nice amount and by the time they take out all their fees you won't even get back what you paid them to sell. They also don't issue payouts or take care of their customers. You are better off using Facebook or a garage sale to sell your clothes.

Hello JS, We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your seller experience at swap.com. As we continue to improve our inbound processing our acceptance criteria has become stricter to ensure we maintain a quality selection of items that sells quickly. While we try to make a place for all sellers to be profitable we do understand that it is not for everyone. Based on your review it seems as though you sent in several items which did not meet our acceptance criteria and as such you may have incurred additional fees, for having a high reject percentage, as noted when you signed up for a swap.com account. We are sorry to hear that because of this you were not able to make a profit on your latest shipment, and we hope you will give us another try in the future so that you can see how profitable our company can be as a seller. Best regards, Swap.com - Patrick C.

Terrible customer service. The product is poorly presented and described, you're better off shopping at your local thrift store.

The gave me store credit for items described incorrectly, refused to give me a refund, and then took away all my store credit when I tried to use it months later to cut my losses.
