I feel like I’m trapped in this vicious cycle of ordering clothes and returning it. There is no way for me to get a full refund, other than to get store credit which keeps me locked in. Not only that, but they used to offer FREE shipping on order of $35. Now, the offer Free shipping depending on how much store credit you have. So if I have $ 75 store credit, Free shipping is offered on purchases on $85 or above and it keeps increasing. Not only that, but they started charging $5 on return items, which they used to not do. Oh, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your items, and then return takes MONTHS!!! Not only that, but the descriptions on your products aren’t accurate, and they will NOT refund. They also sell counterfeit items passed as brand names. The app itself doesn’t work properly, and your filter needs more options. I just want to love what I order, but instead Im mostly dissatisfied. If you would do away with the $5 return fee, and/or give proper refunds, I would tolerate the rest a lot more.

I ORDERED A JACKET ON 6-22-22 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES, BOTH ON LINE AND PHONE ATTEMPTS, AND HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME, BUT I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING AGAIN.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sizes were smaller than represented. One item had rip in the leg— this was NOT in the description— the item is not fit to be sold at any grift store. I love shopping thrift for all the right reasons butI I won’t be shopping here.

I used to love Swap. This order took an entire MONTH to be delivered. I don't understand why, but it's not acceptable. Will not be ordering from them again. There are plenty of other options out there.

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Out of 6 items I ordered, 4 were either the incorrect item or extremely damaged. I sent 2 items back but only received credit for one and they DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. This experience has been awful, frustrating and a complete waste on money and time, check the BBB, like I should have done and you’ll see all the complaints about this company. Save your money!

Not honest about shipping. "Slight delays" are several weeks (if not moving to months) behind with no communication. Replies from their support team are weeks behind as well. Customers are left with little to no information for an issue that has (apparently from their automated emails) been ongoing for a good long while. They are happy to take your money for the possibility that you might one day get something. By the time you have had enough with delays, you will find the timeframe for a chargeback has elapsed.

Looks like the slight shipping delay they say at checkout is going to be months. They are just now packing up orders from 12 days before I placed my order. Which I have already waited 8 days, since placing my order. I cannot get a reply threw email or get anyone on the phone to cancel my order. I do not trust this company, anymore!!!

They are not shipping people their items. I placed an order three weeks ago and they still have not shipped it. They say to wait 10 more days. Many are complaining that they have been waiting over a month, on their fb page. I asked to cancel the order and credit my credit card and they said they couldn't because the order was in process. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card in order to get my money back.
