Would never recommend. I feel scammed by this company. Had to cut losses and walk away.

I have been with this company for 13 months now and we are in $277 on profit on a 30k investment. The communication have been very poorly and this week all their emails were suspended which means I have 0 contact with them. I scheduled a visit at their warehouse in AZ last month and when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t see me because they were changing warehouses. Excuses after excuses after excuses and I am getting tired. SVG Brand team, Please reach out and send me the new email distro and update plan. I am getting worried now that this may be a scam. Although the wait time for ramp up of the online store was longer than anticipated; the continued follow up and response time to questions, or concerns more than compensated for it. The staff exhibited friendliness, expertise, and ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. This week my store has reached my anticipated monthly goals and set expectations! I will update the review in another 6 months !!

Justin/Svg stole around 23k from me. I started with Justin around April 2023. I paid him 23k for the initial fee in credit cards with 0% interest as my first big business deal in hopes for some passive income. They ran my store for about 6 months. It sold about 9k in product. After the 6 months my account got deactivated for some reason and Justin said it was because of me, I never even touched the account. After it got deactivated they bearly made an attempt to help me get it reactivated. After various texts to Justin, he promised me he bought a store for me that had already had experience and will do well, this was now around 3 months after my account got deactivated. So now I went 10 months with no profits. I then paid him another 4K for product to be sold on this so called account he purchased. Then again after various texts with Justin he then told me these things take time, and that his wholesale company never sent him the product and he made me believe he had it in his possession the whole time. After I told him I had no faith in the whole company and I requested a refund, he gave me this bs of a speech and sadly, I believed him for a while. Then almost a whole year passed since I began with him and all we had to show for it was around 27k worth of debt, a deactivated Amazon account and the “CEO” of SVG brand group cussing me out because I was demanding a refund or even a partial refund due to no activity on the product I purchased for over 3 months. I was able to basically beg him for at least my 4K back that I purchased for product I never received. I think in that cold heart of his he felt 23k for his company was enough so he refunded me my 4K only. After I felt defeated I stopped any messages to him or the company, and now going into bankruptcy. I decided to file a BBB complaint. After I filed the complaint he threatened to take back my 4K. I took a risk to try and help make people aware of the type of people who manage this so called automation company. He might have helped other people but the people who are just trying to make side income he scammed them. I have now come to the fact I made a horrible financial decision by confiding in someone who promised something they cannot deliver, now I have to file for bankruptcy and close down my LLC. I hope this helps anyone trying do research on the company. DONT TRUST SVG BRAND GROUP AND ESPECIALLY JUSTIN

Onboarding was super simple. Nick was super helpful from start to finish with helping me set up my store. The communication from the team is excellent. Within the 1st 90 days of putting my purchase order in for inventory my stores is already cracking out 2-4K profits a month. Im excited to see what my store does a year from now.

I have spent years trying to scale my amazon store by myself trying to establish supplier relationships work with vendors etc with little success. Not to mention all of the time it takes to run and manage the amazon store itself. If you are someone like me that has other businesses you run and dont have the time to manage the store yourself i recommend you invest with SVG! Onboarding was fairly quick, communication is great. Justin & the team handle all of the product ordering, prepping, listing etc all the tedious stuff. For anyone on the fence, I would with all my heart, say, take the risk, and you will not regret it.
