PayGroundReviews of payground.com

If I could I would leave -10 stars. This company's accounting is horrible. Since they took over billing for my dr I continue to receive invoices for services completed a year and a half ago, which were paid. They don't respond to emails, are terrible at answering calls, cannot provide detailed invoices, and when confronted with these inaccuracies respond rudely and with unsubstantiated excuses. I'm thinking about legal action.

Since paying my Final amount owed I've received five notices from Payground trying to get me to pay.... again. Their consistent accounting inaccuracies smell of fraud!

Payground has been a super easy platform to use and I get prompt payment directly to my account. Thank you for making it so user friendly!

Our dental practice welcomed Payground after learning our patients wanted another payment option. Payground, through Jared and Andrew, showed our practice some TLC by implementing a convenient web-based payment platform straight from our website. From start to finish, Payground made the process seamless to the customer, and more importantly, seamless to our patients.

Thank you all for your continued assistance!

I love how easy it is to get the details of the payments from the dashboard. Our clients have remarked at how simple and easy it is to make their payments. It has helped bring in our invoice payments faster than ever!

This is a wonderful tool for patients and office staff alike! The system is very efficient!

Fast, efficient, transparent, easy to use. Love it.
