Make sure it does what you need it to, no refunds
The software looks and functions well, but sadly it didn't do the one thing I purchased it to do--generate an animated PNG from a composition with an animated GIF in it. It constantly bugged out on the frame rate and the exported file, regardless of toying with settings, had weird playback rates for the animated GIF portion. The software seemed to ignore export settings for frame rate, duration, and other things with the animated GIF present. Asked for a refund promptly after purchasing and was refused, per the terms.

Hi Adam, I'm sorry about the experience you had. We actually reached out to you directly shortly after this review and issued a full refund. You were right that our support rep should have made that call for an exception on the spot. This public reply is overdue, but I wanted to make sure the resolution is visible here too. Your feedback about the frame rate behavior with animated GIF compositions was passed to our dev team.
