So far great experience
So far, the experience has been great. Communication was easy with the manager who scheduled me with Scott — he’s amazing. I’m sure he’s one of the best trainers in the company. He pushes me to my limits but always knows how to modify the workouts around my injuries. I’m down 10 pounds with 10 more to go!

Apply yourself.
Inhace nothing but good things to say about this company. My trainer is my workout buddy. He tells me if I'm messing up on an exercise. The brutal honesty is a big plus. I appreciate the challenges that I'm give, which I then apply it to my daily living. The follow up calls from the company are also appreciated and I know that they mean good with the motivation.

I was looking for a way to help me lose weight and get in shape. The trainers at Svetness kept me motivated and kept the workouts fun. I can't say enough what a great job they did. I have chronic RA and they tailored the workouts to what I can do while pushing me to improve.
