Customer service is top notch! Today Dolly went above and beyond with her customer service. She is very kind and helpful. I appreciate her follow through which involved calling me back to relay some info. Wow! Outstanding!!

Had some concerns that I called in about and Dolly was so helpful, friendly and prompt in her response. I appreciate that type of service. Thank you Dolly.

I treat myself to one or two bottles of Suzanne's Organics Wild Orange Vanilla lotion every year. It's the absolute best-smelling, best feeling, most natural and skin-nourishing lotion I've found. This time, unfortunately, my shipment was lost in transit. First time ever. I emailed Customer Service, and they sent out a replacement right away. No questions asked. Incredible customer service, the mark of a company, and of people, who truly care. I was a big fan of Suzanne Somers to the very end, and I know she would be proud of the people representing the legacy she left behind.

No only are the products AMAZING, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, it seems like many companies just want your business, and do not take pride in how they treat the customers, or the quality of product their products. I had a small issue with one of the products in my subscription box. The same day I notified them they not only replied, but shipped a replacement. WOW ! Thank you

Excellent products and customer service. I have been a customer for a number of years. Very few incidents with product shipment or quality but on the rare occasion there have been, the customer service response has always been quick and excellent!
