Do not buy, Chinese dropship
I initially ordered a ring hoping it'd come in valentines but to my dismay, it was shipping from China, service was awful, i asked to cancel it and get a refund, (according to their website this is a viable option; to cancel an order before it has departed from its home country and to receive a full refund) however they insisted it to be delivered,and when it arrived it looked nothing like the product, it was significantly smaller. At the very least they gave me a 20 dollar refund out of the 70 dollars I paid. Edit: They recently emailed me asking to take down this review and I would receive a full refund along with them saying they'll discipline the customer service person, likely doing this to other reviewers since trustpilot wipes the bot accounts.
