Completely different from the advertised product I ordered four “Pocket Hug Gnomes” for around CHF 40 in total. The advertisement shows small three-dimensional plush/fabric gnomes with a soft cushion inside a metal tin. What I received instead were flat printed plastic/acrylic pieces. This is not a minor difference but a substantially different product from what was advertised. I have contacted the seller, attached photos and screenshots, and requested a full refund. I would not order from this company again

Horrible!!! The deception was ridiculous in the picture and even the wording claimed it to be 51 inches tall! It came broken. It was 6 inches tall. So cheap and cheap looking. We were so excited for this but it gave me an idea to make a real nice one that is life size. They are thieves! What a rip off. They charged people $49.99 for this crap! It’s not even worth a dollar! Rip off!!! Update: now, they are harassing me telling me to take down this review and then they will refund my money. Ridiculous! Just refund my MONEY and money for all the other people you ripped off! No money seen yet! Beware of this company!

I ordered a mini carving tool as per an ad on facebook. Unfortunately, I was sent a rotary mini tool instead. After reaching out to the company, I was given a refund for the error.

I ordered 2 items from Sususummer that was called a "Round knit zipper knitted jacket". The photo looked like a wool blend but the actual item in not. It is a polyblend zip terrible quality and the color is not remotely close. I tried to return the 2 of them and they offered me a partial refund if I chose to keep it I would never wear it and said no! This item is total deception and I will never order off of Instagram again due to this experience.

OMG 🙈 Worst reviews. God saved me. Today I try to order two linen trousers for me and my son. Thanks God to saved me from this kind of websites. Thanks to Trust Pilot 🙈🙈🙈

Company is a scam. Ordered Bomber . FASLE advertising on website. Not sheepskin inside and was shredding taking out of the package which was rolled up like a dirty towel.. Did not guaranteed a full refund. this company is a SCAM. Actually NO STARS!!!!!

I purchased the. Handcrafted Reader Night Light (model A) what a waste of money I absolutely don’t recommend purchasing these items (various model types). The Dome came cracked and crazed in various areas over the Dome. I could hear something rattling around in the package before opening it to find the light in pieces and no bulb like in pictures. The base had separated from the Dome. The item looks very amateurishly painted. It’s such of poor quality I wouldn’t put it out on display.

The acrylic is thick and sturdy. The pieces fit together perfectly. Good to make numerous kinds of quilt blocks like a Dresden fan and Dresden cat, as well as cricles and drunken h.
