Worst purchase ever
Do not purchase this if you plan on not returning the items. They lied about the delivery fee and how much money they would charge about the refund. They are charging me 524.80 to return the couches that are very short. I bought this present as a gift for my family and they can’t get out of the couches easily because they are older. The couches are so short they struggle every time. These couches look like they are made in China. Very cheap and not durable. And they are trying to charge me for 50% of what I paid. It’s disgusting!! Especially in a time like this!! Do not buy this!!

Hello, as we checked, this order is returned for size reason, not for quality or damaged problem. Please kindly notice the returning shipping cost is expensive for large furniture. To protect customer's interests,for items once was sold and boxes opened, we could not use them for secondary sales directly. So in most cases, we charged 20% restocking fee. After negotiating with this customer, we didn't charge the restocking fee at last and bear the loss on our side. Here we advise customers to consider the dimension and other related details before purchasing. it has dimension on the product description, please read carefully.
