The moonstone ring was received as a replacement for a previous item. The ring is captivating. The sight and feel of the ring on my hand is a testament to the workmanship and quality of materials.

The quality of the jewelry is great! Looks a lot more expensive. I do have a question - I submitted a request via email to see if I could get a larger size but haven’t heard . Is this not possible? And also I received 2 ring sets but I thought I had only bought one! Could you clarify?

Shipping is seamless and smooth, you immediately get your invoice with your order number and you can start tracking it right away and you see the process it goes through in real time. You get your orders within a week, maybe less. Their response time is Excellent! I never had to wait more than a couple hours, if that, anytime I had a question. Customer Service is SO important! I was happy and fine about it and could just gift it or find a way to fit it and I didn’t complain, but I was immediately contacted by them to fix the problem, Susan Jewelry made me feel appreciated by them, never disturbed or rushed and the jewelry in real life exceeded my expectations by SO much, again, it’s hard to put it into words.
