This was the worst online purchase I have ever made. The company’s advertising is completely misleading. The material quality is extremely poor and nothing like the images displayed on the website, which also claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. It is all deceptive. After waiting 15 days to receive the jewelry, I was very disappointed by the low-quality items they sent. I attempted to return the products the very next day. They informed me that they would provide a return label, but that they would refund only 30% of the amount paid. This business is truly dishonest. Do not trust the reviews, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this website.

Ordered a ring 1 5 months ago. They says its here, tracking says its somewhere else. They refuse to refund me. These people are scammers, fraudulent company.

This website is a scam! They use AI-generated images of the products. Once I read more reviews and saw that it was taking a month to get the items, I knew the jewelry was coming from China. Don't buy them or trust anything they say!

Terrible cheap quality . I ordered 6 different things . All cheap in structure and appearance The earrings both pairs were welded shut I couldn’t even open the clasp to put on . And when I tried to force it the cheap metal bent Only one ring do I even wear . I bought the wave necklace as a gift for My mom and it’s cheap plastic with literally some glitter glued on it. . I asked for a return or a refund They asked me over and over to send pics and video of it And then ended up only offering me like 30 % discount which I have not received yet I’m so sick of buying cheap items from China!! And then getting ripped off as they don’t give refunds

DO NOT FALL FOR IT (I did :( I purchased a pair of earrings called "Ocean's Oath" (if you look it up, you'll see that it looks like a classy pair of earrings made with blue glass), what I got after 10 days was a substandard piece of blob that looked nothing like the picture. Upon contacting customer care, someone called "Sarah" apologized that I wasn't satisfied with the purchase, and explained how each piece is handcrafted, and that's why it looks different. Yeah right! "different" would have been okay, this is a total rip-off! Then she proceeded to offer me a replacement, but that too only for a limited time. Another Yeah Right! Like I'm going to believe it that the second piece will be what I expect. BTW the website says "30 Day Money Back Guarantee. So I reminded her about the Money Back guarantee, and I haven't heard back since then. Then reverse searched the image on Google and was horrified to find out that the same pair was being sold on Amazon, Ebay, Ubuy, Temu, Walmart... all with terrible reviews. I thought I was good at locating scammers... guess NOT! They're out to rip people off. What an unfortunate bunch'a losers.

Susan Jewelry is definitely a scam. I am not easily taken in by online ANYTHING, so to my shame and chagrin I can only blame my gullibility on a moment of unguarded weakness. And the business came up through Etsy, which I have trusted in the past with great results. The items absolutely looked hand made online, so I assume someone made them for the photo shoot. What arrived was mass-produced base metals with junk "jewels", really just barely passable costume jewelry. When I asked for a refund and return, I was asked for photos of the items, which I immediately sent back, along with photos of REAL artisan work I own for comparison. I was not offered a return/refund, only a replacement of the same items. I refused, and now have been offered a 20% refund, and I am allowed to keep the imitation items. I was warned that if I decide to return them, I had to pay for shipping, and Susan Jewelry would not be responsible for anything that "might" happen in the shipping process. I'm embarrassed to say I fell for it. But...scammers get better every day. Buyers, beware - go to an artisan shop or exhibit, or a reputable company like Novica, and see and handle the real thing. Don't fall for this.

After being in and dating with ads on Facebook, I decided I purchased from this company. I ordered two rings. Shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent. The items look relatively similar to the photos. , but the quality is by far, not there, the “gemstones” are acrylic, the gold accent were painted on, the filigree work was solid not really filigree. I was disappointed. I’ve seen better quality costume jewelry for less money.
