My wife of 48 yrs truly like the earrings and necklace, l am happy that she's happy. My only complaint is the shipping, I received emails daily updating the process for several days and then nothing, no emails, phonecalls or text messages for several days. 2 days after I sent an email I finally update and it arrived the next day.

We hope your wife treasures her pieces for many more wonderful years together, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Susan Jewelry soon!

I really liked the moonstone ring I bought and thought it was an exceptional price, but I was totally disappointed in the earrings as the only reason I bought them was for their color. The earrings I got were a rust color, not at all as pictured.

Delivery took longer than expected
The jewelry itself is very pretty, although it does not look hand-made. I received prompt verification when placing the order and again when 'shipped'. It took from 2.28 to 3.19 to receive it. I eventually contacted customer service because I could not get the tracking to work. I got an immediate auto reply they were looking into it. Package arrived 3 days later.. did it really ship 2.28???

We understand how important clear and accurate tracking is, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that we take feedback like this seriously and will continue working to improve our shipping transparency and overall experience. Thank you again for your patience and support.
