Ok bought my 1st ring and was not happy about it it had little spots if discoloration on the band and was not what I expected. I email and get an automated response that only offered me an exchange wouldn’t honor the 3 day money back guarantee. O lt a replacement. So I did get another abc this one came in w the gold color faded! I would like a refund! I was told contact thru email to help with the refund but everytime I email its getting rejected and returned to me??!! Same email just keeps coming back to me! Horrible service and don’t waste your time or money on faded discolored items definitely not worth it and not as advertised. Also comes from china not from the us. Horrible experience and horrible customer service and horrible quality

I would give this company a 0 if i could!!! This is a scam store front selling cheap mass produced jewelry. They claim to be a store in Santa Fe, NM that is going out of business, not true. They are online out of China. I ordered the Ocean Oath Wave necklace. Very pour quality claiming to be worth $149.99 it's garbage you would not wear this. I have been trying to get a refund however company will not respond back.

EDIT: Everything stated in response by the company is bogus! Handmade jewelry doesn’t come packaged in Tijuana style plastic baggies - and if they were handmade, the items wouldn’t look identical- same cheap plastic style crap! My earrings arrived looking like painted on silver material- not authentic silver at all! This company has scam written all over it - claiming that she is going out of business with it being a NM/USA company - but the items are actually shipped from another company and come through customs. They are not handmade originals like the website claims. I ordered 4 pieces and received the 3 rings all in one box - very unprofessional and “scam” like! Any decent and reputable jeweler would never place 3 rings in a box together just thrown in on top of each other! When I tried to contact the company, the phone number doesn’t work and the email is clearly ChatGPT with non English speaking people using language that is weird and unusual. I don’t understand how the company is still able to operate! The order arrived with no shipping slip and was missing the earrings I ordered. They won’t do a refund - only a replacement of an item not shipped - clearly not reputable!

Fake company per reviews I've read. Sadly I ordered before I read any. stupid me. Found out the necklace i ordered for 29.95 is the same one one Temu for under 6.00. Looks like a few people got scammed and money stolen from this person. Got an email from this company saying item was shipped and I could track it No, there was no tracking number. I had sent three other emails to this "person" advising i wanted order cancelled. This was before the order was even processed. Emails were ignored. The last msg I got was to rate the item, that i have not received.

If there was a number less than 1, that would’ve been my choice. I ordered twice for different addresses. I ordered gold rings for mine and silver for the other. (3each) Mine came with a silver order. I emailed. Promised. Sent silver again and to the wrong address. One of the so called gold rings has changed color and is showing whatever metal they used to make the ring. Absolutely dissatisfied. Seem no one really reads the emails sent. Response is always asking the question you have already responded to 🧐🙄 I am still out of a gold ring that was to be replaced and a gold ring who’s was never gold when it was made.

For the prices they're charging look for bubble gum machine quality in jewelry. Also be very careful about return policy if they even have one. It cost $40-50 dollars to return items to China and you MAY get 20% of what you paid back.

Very disappointed! Very Very cheap looking. Mine had faults all over rings. I honestly got better looking jewelry fron a box a cracker jack.
