Susan JewelryReviews of susanjewelryco.com

This company is not legitimate. Their phone number is a fake. They have been saying they are going out of business for months. Their jewelry came from overseas(probably China). It is not handmade as claimed and materials used are cheap. Not even sterling silver for a ring they said sells for over a $100. I have reached out to them to return my order but the messages get returned with a message that states there is no such email address. They send me emails asking for me to review them and when I hit return on message it is returned as undeliverable. BBB has received many complaints as well about this fraudulent business. They list Sante Fe as their location but no such company exists in Sante Fe.

This company SUSANS JEWELRY, the phone number doesn't even work. Shes a SCAM. WHERES MY MONEY???

No response on numerous inquiries to exchange on items received.

Item was sold for 30 dollars its been 10 days and I wrote them and they said everything is fine it's still on its way. Found the exact same thing on Temu for 3 dollars.

When I ordered an ocean wave ring I thought it was from the US. Finally received the ring obviously not a US size 8. Strange the package came with a NJ address label over another label. Three weeks from NJ then why did an original email say it was in China.

This is a follow up to my initial review. I did finally receive the package from Susan Jewelry. I was advised by email that the package had been delivered to my door on Friday June 5th.. nothing there or in mailbox.. asked neighbors etc but nothing. On Monday, June 8th, in the afternoon, I did receive package in my mailbox. Unfortunately, everything received was nothing like the advertised product; all obviously mass produced overseas and cheap looking. I contacted Susan Jewelry at the email given in their original apology email to me after the initial non delivery. Email returned as “unable to deliver to this address”. Now it seems I am left with these cheap mass produced items (purchased for over $120) with apparently no resolution? I’m sure I am not the only dissatisfied customer.

Buyer Beware!!! I received a pair of earrings that should have had one right, one left due to the orientation of the style. I received two right earrings! I have tried to contact the company three times over the past 4 days and have not received a response. Is this company truly legit? It seems the orders arrive via international shipping, although her site indicates Santa Fe.

My husabnd ordered an earring and necklace set he was so happy. When it finally arrived it was so cheap looking and the quality was so poor. I cannot tell him but I wouldn't have even bought it if it was at the dollar tree because that looks like where it came from. I will probably bless one of my eementary students with it.
